"I responded to advertisementin the mail and decided to call to get quotes. I had already talked with multiple insurance companies and was not very optimistic. But I was wrong. I got the best rates for equivalent coverage with savings of around 20% for auto and home insurance. Kendra from Jim Young,s office provided excellent service. She is very kind and knowledgeable and committed to helping customers. This agency is committed to outstanding service and prioritizes long term customer relationships over profits.
