"Jim Young State Farm is the best insurance company there is. His staff is always amazing, they are helpful in every way from answering Questions to explaining the process and laws of insurance. They do everything to get you the lowest and best policies that are right for you. If you have an accident they are get right on it and help you with your every need. I have been there customer since 2009. I can not say enough about how good friendly and helpful they have been to me. State Farm is the best insurance company there is in my opinion and experience. But not all State Farm agencies have the remarkable staff that Jim Young himself has. So Jim Young , to you and your staff, I thank you for all you have done for me and for the love care and support you and you staff have given me since 2009 . I am a customer for life ."

"I have recently changed my State Farm agent because of issues with Jim Young. His staff is great, but when I have to deal with Jim, I tend to get the run around. I feel like he tells me what I want to hear without actually fixing the problem. In fact, he was overcharging me for over a year, and when I emailed him about it, he kept emailing me back with lines like "***, take care of this for her," but no one was every CCed on the messages. I was with him for six years and every time I had an issue, it was no easy feat to get things settled. I need someone who will handle things with honesty and be up front with me, not just tell me what he thinks I want to hear to shut me up for awhile."
