"I have recently changed my State Farm agent because of issues with Jim Young. His staff is great, but when I have to deal with Jim, I tend to get the run around. I feel like he tells me what I want to hear without actually fixing the problem. In fact, he was overcharging me for over a year, and when I emailed him about it, he kept emailing me back with lines like "***, take care of this for her," but no one was every CCed on the messages. I was with him for six years and every time I had an issue, it was no easy feat to get things settled. I need someone who will handle things with honesty and be up front with me, not just tell me what he thinks I want to hear to shut me up for awhile."
